The Kensei 2 style is a short, straight style with soft layers throughout the back and sides. The hair in front is parted on the right with long bangs angled across the left eyes to touch the cheekbones. The longer pieces on the sides have razored edges that fall along the contours of the jaw. This style also comes in a male version as well.

I love hair. Ok, that's hardly a secret... that's like saying I love shoes! (Seriously, I should show my shoe directory one day, it's downright disgusting!) But I especially love a unisex style, even if it wasn't intended to be! So imagine my delight when I saw this dollarbie hair from Truth. It makes both boylaynie and girllaynie happy!

Danny 2 is the style, and it's currently on the wall of new releases at Truth for 1 linden. Yep- a fatpack of 72 colors is only one linden. (Truth Hawks is insane. Go get this now, while it's still 1 linden!) It's a short style with sideswept bangs, and one soft curl that helps define the cheekbones. Gorgeous. Just GORGEOUS!



From behind, it's a neat short cut with a little bit of movement to it. The prims do a great job of simulating a natural hairline.

(Male Monday) Truth - Jared 2

I did it again. I decided my boy avatar needed new clothes. And hair. God, the hair... I ended up at Truth, again. Did you know Truth Hawks does clothes too? Well, my pocketbook certainly does! But isn't it worth it? Boylaynie looks so CUTE!

This time, I decided to go with Jared 2 by Truth. This messy style, with long asymmetrical bangs grabs your attention, teasingly hiding the left eye. Several curls poke out randomly. So adorable!



From the back, this style is a tousled mess that makes me want to run my fingers through it! Wait, is it bad to wanna molest my boy avatar? He's cute! It's ok, really!

Today's style is Deux from Truth. It's a simple, classic style that looks at home with jeans or a dress, casual or dressy, shopping at the mall or going on a date with that that cute guy next door! Long hair is loosely gathered into a ponytail on the right side, with a color-change sculpty bow. This sculpty hair is subtle, making the most of the sculpties' abilities to give a beautiful result.



From the back, you see a few wisps of hair escaping from the loose pony. Again, absolutely beautiful. (I couldn't help it, I wore this hair during my interview with CNN!)

Truth - Bambi

I often say here that I wish my hair would do... well, whatever the style I'm wearing does in SL. But seeing Truth's Bambi made me happy, because my hair does this!! I just cut my hair to right about this length (myself! I know, I'm crazy!) and I wore my hair like this today!

Bambi is a gorgeous, slightly wavy medium-length style with the front pulled back on top of the head. Little bits escape and soften the whole look.



The back is made up of soft waves, with the top poking out of the barrette cutely.

Today's style is by Truth.

Have you ever looked at hair on SL and thought, "Oh, that's pretty..." then put it on to find you never want to take it off again? That's what happened for me, with Fifth Avenue. It's so amazing. I wish I could make prims and textures look like this! The front is layered, and slightly wavy, giving amazing volume through the style. There are side-swept bangs crossing over the right eye.



The back has just enough movement to be interesting, without being overdone. It ends around the shoulder blades, and looks soft enough to touch.

The Amy Jane style is a short, straight style with a hint of layer to it that ends just at the neckline. The face is framed with swoop bangs that cross from right to left with a small bit of bang falling down the right side as well. The rest of the hair is held back from the face with a golden headband with black spots. The hair behind the headband has a bit more volume than the rest of the style.

Truth - Pearly

Truth has started making hair. Truth selling clothing, skins, shoes, AOs, and now hair for both men and women.

The Pearly style is a loosely gathered ponytail that sits just above the neckline. The pony it is a mass of curls and waves flowing into each other that fall down the back to the shoulder blades. There are framing pieces on either side of the face that cover the ears completely and going down to brush at the collarbone. A framing band crosses the brow from right to left with a small wisp of hair just touching the temple. This is one of those styles that you just have to try on. I was leaning towards another style at Truth when I tried this one and fell in love.
