The Chestnut Tree is a twisted updo with the hair being twisted out rather than the traditional twisted inward. The wist is secured in place by an half-circle band just below the crown. The ends of the twist fall straight ending where the neck meets the shoulders. The bangs are parted in the middle with the left side crossing slightly over the right and angling back to the ears. A few loose strands of hair fall behind the ears level with the jawline.
