The Urban Top Hat style is a hatted style with long dreads that fall just above the small of the back. Several of the dreads have white beading on them. The top hat is well-worn with red cord wrapped around the base of the crown and tied in the back. A pair of blue tinted sunglasses sit on the brim of the hat with barbed wire coiled beneath it. There is a toggle hanging off the right side of the brim in the front.
The Urban Top Hat style costs $800L for a 3-color fat pack, $300L per color, and the demos are free. The colors include: black, blonde, brown.
